Willa Jaskolcze Gniazdo

Willa Jaskółcze Gniazdo is located at the place, where three borders meet together Polish, Czech and Slovak (those borders marked with border landmarks are named „trójstyk” - triple border landmarks).

We offer 30 accommodation places in double and triple rooms and apartment with all sanitaries. Villa has its own canteen, where one may eat meals (regional cuisine), and a room with a fireplace for about 50 persons.

Almost at every second house, its inhabitants sculpt, paint, embroider, make delicate laces and folk music instruments. Koniaków laces are know in the whole world. “Beskidzka trójwieś” is getting to be a more and more popular centre of the mountain tourism and winter sports.

The commune, situated on the slopes of the Silesia Beskid, includes three mountain localities: Istebna, Jaworzynka and Koniaków which are called “beskidzka trójwieś” (Beskid three-villages”) Mountain Ochodzita (895 m), from which the most beautiful picturesque sights at the Silesia and Żywiecki Beskid, Czech Republik and Slovakia can be seen, is the highest elevation. During good visibility, the Tatra Mountains and the Small Fatra Mountains can be admired. Thanks to the unique landscape qualities, rich and lively culture, the region is rated as the most attractive in Poland. Border of the European watershed runs trough the commune territory. The Czadeczka River belongs to the black Sea catchment, whereas northern part with Rastoka and Olza Rivers belongs to the Baltic Sea catchment.
